How to cancel your account

To cancel your account, we must receive your request in writing. This insures your account is not cancelled fraudulently or without your knowledge.

Your termination request should be faxed to 866-817-3285 and include domain name, user name and password used to log in to the account control panel. All termination requests must be received at least 30 days prior to your account renewal date.
